SLC Fri Night Skate @ 8pm. 7 mile roll thru downtown SLC. Start with a lite bite to eat @ Granary Row. (700 S & 350 W). Enjoy: Live Music, Food n' Beer during this weekend's block party! Bring $ and come early if you need a bite to eat before we roll out. Be ready to roll out at 8:30pm. We'll conclude the night at Granary Row Beer Garden (optional) around 11pm.

Route is street skating/bicycle lanes, skating skills required. Helmets required. All participants skate/ride at their own risk. Cyclists welcome.

Parking: anywhere around 700 S / 300 W - 400 W area.

Come out for a fun spin around the streets of downtown Salt Lake City on wheels, starting with a lite bite to eat at Granary Row. From there we'll tour the usual secret skating stashes around town. Be ready to roll out at 8:30pm. Live Music, Food n' Beer @ Granary Row . Bring $ and come early if you need a bite to eat before we roll out. We'll aim to be back before the Beer Garden closes at 11pm(optional). Good skating skills a must: turning, stopping.  Helmets Required. This is a combination of Street Skating and using Bike Lanes around downtown. All participants skate / ride at their own risk. Cyclists Welcome.

Friday Night Skate Aug 17, 8:00pm

Salt Lake’s very own Friday Night Skate, an easy & adventurous skate thru downtown Salt Lake City. 7-8 miles of street skating/bike lanes, 10 floors of rolling bliss, tour de Gateway, a roll thru Utah’s best kept secret skating rink, the Library Luge, and more... And, no skate is complete without a refueling at the Bakery for sweets. Finally, finishing up at Liberty Park where it all started. 

 

Participants should have good skating skills. Helmets required. As always, cyclists welcome to join.

 

Meet up: North entrance are of Liberty Park, 900 South & 600 East.

 

Time:  8:00pm.

Mark your calendars for Friday, July 22nd.

The Salt Lake Friday Night Skate will kick off summer starting from Liberty Park at 8pm, and tour through the downtown SLC area. We will meet up at the Bakery for re-fueling en-route. Helmets are required.
